SmartMatch is an automated receipt-matching algorithm in Corpay One, available on desktop, iOS and Android. SmartMatch automatically matches uploaded receipts to the corresponding Corpay One Mastercard® transaction.
That means instead of manually adding a receipt to your transactions, you can simply use your Corpay One Mastercard® to make a purchase and upload a picture of the receipt to the platform - we handle the rest.
Before SmartMatch, you’d take a photo of a receipt or use Send&Scan to upload it to the Corpay One platform, one by one, for each Corpay One Mastercard® transaction. Now, that process is automated.
Simply drag and drop a photo of your receipt into Corpay One’s new Receipt Center (or upload it via Send&Scan) - from there, our algorithm will automatically match it to the corresponding transaction.
Plus, our shiny new Receipt Center will house all of your uploaded receipts, displaying statuses for each document based on whether it’s matched, unmatched, syncing or a duplicate. And, your card permissions control which receipts you see - so team administrators don’t have to worry about setting receipt viewing permissions.
